Poke A Bowl® Return Policy
SECTION 1 – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
•If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Poke A Bowl® product you may return it within 7 days of purchase, unused and in it’s original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
•Before returning any product you must email our customer service and get a Return Number Authorization.
•No product will be accepted for return without an RNA from customer service.
•The RNA must be written on a piece of paper with your full name, address and phone number and placed inside the box with a copy of your receipt.
•You must return product transportation paid to the address provided to you by customer service.
•No returns will be made directly to the factory without the express authorization of Poke A Bowl®
•If the product is received and the conditions above have been met customer service will reimburse your credit card.
SECTION 2 – 30 DAY WARRANTY
•Poke A Bowl® warrants its products free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required).
•Parts that fail or become defective during the warranty period, except as a result of negligence, improper use or care shall be repaired or replaced at our option without charge to the purchaser.
•To obtain warranty replacements or repair, please contact our customer service department for a RNA.
•All defective products should be returned, transportation paid to the address provided to you by customer service.
•No returns will be made directly to the factory without the express authorization of Poke A Bowl®.
•This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING
•Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD (Collect On Delivery) will be denied and returned by the shipper.
•If the customer wishes to ship their item back, we are not responsible for items not received – we advise the customer to ship the item with a tracking number.
